We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received).

Berradas do not offers free returns. The products in “sale” are the final sale and cannot be returned

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

Yes, you can change your shipping address after placing your order! Please email us at contact@berradas.com as soon as possible, before your order is shipped, and we'll assist with the update.

We're sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged! Please email us at contact@berradas.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Please email at contact@berradas.com or message us with your request within 12 hours after placing your order. We can cancel your order as long as production has not started or it has not left the warehouse.
