Our processing time varies based on the type of order:

Non-personalized items: 1-3 working days.

Custom engraved pieces: 2-6 working days.

Fully custom new designs: 3-4 weeks

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange. Products must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on Postal timestamp date received).

All our products come with a 1-year guarantee, covering one-time piece exchange for issues like material uniformity, broken piece, discoloration or rust.
